When we get settled there, there will be several things to do in La Ceiba. We can go jungle hiking up to El Bejuco water fall. We can arrange for a tour guide to take us through the jungle. The tour guides will speak English as well. There are two ways to get to the interior of the park, Los Lobos or the tourist center bridge. Both are short walks from Villas Pico Bonito, but the Los Lobos requires you to cross a river and once you get across, you will climb up along the side of the El Bejuco Creek. The tourist center bridge is a hanging bridge over the river that leads to the beautiful El Bejuco waterfall.  Rates for tourist center bridge trail access are $10.00 USA dollars per adult and $5.00 US dollars for children. This trip takes around 2 to 2 1/2 hours to complete or more if you wish to use the Los Lobos path and climb your way up El Bujuco.

We can also go horse back riding in the Cangrejal River Valley. Your horse will take you through Jungle villages located between two national parks. You will learn about these villages and the Hondurans who live there, all the while chatting with your local guide. Along the way, take a cooling swim in a spectacular natural pool. Taking this ride will help a sustainable tourism project to progress. A unique way to explore nature in the gorgeous Cangrejal River valley and get to know the local culture. The Time will take 3 to 4 hours. The price will be $60 per person.

Mainly, I will be on the resort with the people that came with me. We will be kicking back at the worlds famous Rio Vista Bar and Grill. A great location on the banks of the Rio Cangrejal, next to the most magnificent infinity pool in Honduras. The menu is both Classic and Honduran Tipico , serving a variety of options. Even vegetarian and Vegan options! The bar has Cocktails that are poured with a slightly heavy hand and are very, very good.😏

I will bring and extra $200 USD/L4849.48 for activities and food etc. but my main vacation will be enjoying the nature.
Since the total will be split between 4 people, I will only be paying $364.55/L8839.40 in addition to the $200  I bring for extra, it will be $564.55/L13688.88.
